Winter mods / changes

COUNTY DURHAM
as its been a rather ****** winter what modifications or changes have you made to your Tuono?

Replaced Akras with Mivv carbon GPs
Dunlop Sportsmarts
carbon rad cowls
carbon air dampers
carbon chain guard
dan moto rear sets
extreme performance air filter kit
wheels powder coated (white +)
nitron road shock / dog bone bearings greased
bar end mirrors
12 volt socket
replaced all plastics fasteners

think thats everything :rolleyes will post pics this weekend when i pick it up from Tash and after its had a good wash and polish :thumbup
 
I've seen thos dan moto rear sets on ebay.

are they well made and so on? they just seem so cheap pricewise compared to gilles kit, makes me question why?
 
Feck all, I've got an ermax screen to fit but can't be arsed.

It might all change this week though, Thursday I'm off to Whitburn to be Griffernated? I mean Griff is going to service ma machine.

After that is just a rear tyre and I'll be good to go.

So look out all you Sassenachs, Aldo and The Fudanators will be Down yer way to scare yer Grannies and startle yer livestock.

And wae any luck ride a few of yer magic roads. :thumbup

havent had a chance to ride far on them yet mate but the quality and finish are good
 
cool. once you've done a few miles give us an update. if they last i might invest and get the brake res relocated at the same time.

theres already a mounting point on them to relocate the brake res

Thats a lot more than I do OT. I leave it alone to gather some dust at the back of tha garage. Oh I sometimes give it a pat when passing, just to let it know I still love it.
 
'cos there cheaply made and yes I have some. Mind you, the gilles ones are flimsy as well.
If your going to get some, get the Aprilia Performance ones.

at last the weather was good today so collected the T from Tashs and went for a blast;
