Im looking at purchasing 2015 cop. Can some one comment on the shield protection I don't ride with a full face and I don't like wind buffeting. Is there an aftermarket shield someone has tried and is having a good experience with it

I got an ermax..haven't installed it yet..ita about the same height but quite a bit wider at the top..seems very well made..not too thin like a lot of aftermarket shields.

Hi guys, best to have a look at the 2014-2016 Capo forum......not many troll through this 2013 forum.....and there is a fair bit on screens and other stuff....happy reading.....

ps I think for an open face compatible screen, you will need something similar to the pricey Aprilia tall screen (test a Rally if you want to confirm) or the Givi (prob same but cheaper), I've seen other screens mentioned like Calsci, Puig etc but I use a full face and have an MRA Vario with deflector wing, but that will be too short for your requirements. Cheers

I ended up getting a CalSci extra large screen. I've been out on a couple of rides and it's been a massive improvement. The small amount of adjustment makes a little difference though someone who is shorter than me it would probably make even less. Very little back pressure , no buffeting quiet, on the lowest setting a little wind catches the top of my helmet and when fully up on the freeway hardly any catches you.
It wasn't cheap but I can thoroughly recommend them.
