Home from work and the last drink for a while until I drop a stone. Was having soda water and some healthy pomegranate juice in it, but I think I ****** up all the goodness with the healthy splash of vodka that accidentally slipped in. Like I said, last one fer a while...

Well I've never seen (or not seen?) such Tzone inactivity as tonight. I went out to the pub for 4 hours thinking when I got home there would be loads of posts I could contribute to. But no! Wtf where's everybody gone??
Anyway I'm meeting bay @ 11:30 tomorrow so no proper sniftering for me tonight but someone post something

Is it Spring?
Just watched a blue ray DVD (whatever TF that means) with Mrs Welly, 2 x daughter Wellies and eldest daughter Welly's boyfriend on our new telly. Film was called .... hang on I'll have to ask some fooker "Inception"
I've worked 70 hours in 5 days this week, driven a thousand miles and necked a bottle of red nearly every night so to be honest it was a bit much ... very confusing and deep.
Has anybody watched the superb film called "Mulholland Drive" ... if not, do!

Anyway ... I'm here now.
I got you beat this week, 1378 miles plus 8 hours work every day, a bottle of Turning Leaf Zinfandel every night.
My only regret is that I can't join you tomorrow as I have a meeting in the morning at 9am. Oh and a trip to the local for a couple
of quick ones (six) of Bass. Ride safe. I will make the journey at some point this year.

Tonights tipple is "Barefoot Merlot" Californian don't you know?
According to the label it's
"Packed with the tempting flavours of blackberry, raspberry and chocolate and is silky smooth.
Great served with beef, poultry, pasta with tomato sauces, cheese and dessert"
My write up is:
"I can rate this as 8/10
Nice, warm and mellow ... with not too much "urch ya fecker" on first guzzle
Best served with nobbys chilli nuts, strong cheddy cheese ... crackers and an assortment of Italian cold meats, olives and bread sticks aka "anything in the cupboards / fridge that needs to be ate before it walks off in disgust"

9 hour session with work colleagues last night. Hit the first pub at 5.00pm, stumbled in about 3.00am. Christ knows how many pints plus assorted shots and jaegerbombs (not my thing, but people kept buying me them). About 2.30 I bought another pint, promptly knocked it over the barmaid, went to apologise but found I was unable to speak English. Decided it was time to head for home, via a burger bar for chips and garlic mayo, most of which ended up on my clothes.
Starting to feel vaguely human again, takeway curry and a bottle of wine should sort me out tonight. :biggrin

tonight my dear colleagues, i shall be mainly sniftering owt thats inme cupboard.. as i,m at a christening tomorrow and cant go out on the bike..

and to top it all, i,m at a ****** weddin next sat... champions league cup final ... and i,m in a ****** tent at an owd airfield............ megga not happy.
