I could be wrong but...
That's your bog standard tuoldo, with updated rear shock and a couple of carbon goodies.
The original was called the tuono fighter...

Can't answer your question R, but that's a damn fine looking T. How much are they asking for it?

there is another similar red 03 one in the same shop but wi plain black un-named forks and original Sachs shocker hence my curiosity

See your point, just been looking at mine and the forks are black. They could be from a Mille, which I think are slightly better...

G min, the shoppie wants 3100 fur it, they wiz wantin 3400 but we telt the lad nah nah its nae use at that price wi nae trade in. Ah reckon we can mibbe get it fur 3K tho wi a bit o pushin. Didnae think price was too bad and efter all it is a showroom price which are aye a bitty dearer than a private sale.

Ratty min..aye the Showas are known good gear as is the Ohlins jobbie oan the back. Ricos up tae speed oan that front. Ah jist need tae get the models sussed frae one o the venerable Gen 1 gurus tae see if such a permutation existed or has the previous owner been fettlin'...

Ratty ..yours has Ohlins rear?? Sure its nae a Sachs shock?

Exactly same as mine apart from front forks and rear shock change. Yes Sachs is standard rear. Price seems about right haven't seen one under £3k.

Oh and yes aftermarket carbon rad covers and a couple of stickers on the bellypan.

That's a lot of bike for the cash. Get some new tyres put on rather than another £100 off though. Its worth more than that to a new owner but probably wont cost the dealer much more than £100.

Pikemyth min.... tak a hike, ye widnae ken a VFR frae a hedgehog ya radge...

...now where were we...och aye "whats the model o T"

Well we know its a Fighter with Ohlins shock,......dunno about the forks tho,.....they look like they came of a Ducati.I thought all Mille's and Tuoldo's had black forkks?(Factories got gold Ohlins.)

Pinny has the same forks on his Tuoldo. I was eyeing them up last week and thought it must've been a load of work to re-anodize the standard black showas so maybe there were a few like this?!?

I think he's on holiday at the moment but there'll be a few piccies knocking around (along with his avatar)

You're right, his bike has got the same forks.Perhaps they are early '03 bikes?:dunno

so noo yiz awe can see why ah wiz bamboozled as tae which yin it is....its fit n tidy whatever it is and rides well so ah reckon ma mucker Bri the Coyote (nae the USA yin, the Peterheid yin) needs tae either **** or get aff the pot and buy the bugger!

ahl hae a word in his lug!

I'm no expert on used bike prices, but if that is as tidy as it looks in the pics I reckon it'll be a good buy for £3k or thereabouts.
