Offer it to the new owner for a price, save him pissing about on ebay trying to find one to match.

I once sold a car & kept the valve springs because they were Piper.
It was a f*ck on changing them, but I used the old "string through the spark plug hole" trick to get the colletts off.
It always gives me a warm glow & a feeling of satisfaction when I consiser how much I save by doing similar things.
