which battery??

Generally a Yuasa YTX14 but their expensive. But very good.

these motbatts are £44.99 plus £5 fitted and runs out 14ah and cca200( good cranking power )

i dont thinks thats cheap ,but my old man always told me "you buy cheap you buy twice)

I have just put a TTZ14 on mine, about £68 from Aprilia Performance. also put the 150a starter solenoid on (Tuoldo). Started no probs after being out all night while in bike sheds at work. Covered in ice and -2 !! My old one failed me in conditions like that, had to get the jump leads out.

Ive got the motobat on the T but only since january

Its in my garage and not on a tender and still starting with no problems

But if griff has the ttz14 at 68 quid that's a bargain

concode motorcycles sorted me a new one today litle bit more expensive but it keeps the smaller independents in work and the service is always top dollar.

so £60 lighter and the batts on charge, the old one managed to fire her up this morning but was showing 11.9v .the meter showed 13.6 while the bike was runing so i know the bikes charging nicely.

lets hope thats all she need from now on(yeah right)

good old ytx12bs , just had it on charge allday, and i have just fitted it , i expected the rev counter to do a full sweep and back but it only went to 6k(poss fault other than battery)
the dash reset when the old battery went so it still in kph ect ect.

Reset the dash.

Revs = C= little bits or long bits up to about 10k whatever you fancy.
Kph to Mph = A for 5 secs and then B

i thought as much, well its nice weather for a blast whom! off to watch the boy at blackpool training.
