When did the rear seat cowl change on a 04+ model

I like the rear seat cowls without the light intergrated in to it.
Can this be fitted on a 2004 model?

Don't know about rear seat cows but sidecar cows have been done before. :nana

04-05RSVR's compared to 06-09RSVR's have different tail parts/rear light and cowl no's.

In order for you to fit a later cowl you will be needing the tail + light as well....that will cost a small fortune to buy!

Are you meaning the pod over the storage tim ?

That is just a red reflector on 04 bikes and is held on with sticky tape. You can pull it off if you want.

The 05 version without the reflector will fit but the colours changed between 04/05 so you would need to paint it.

Post 06 had different shaped bases on the pod

Tim my seat pod is 05 without the reflector part............NOT GO ANY PICS OF IT THOUGH AS ITS WRAPPED UP IN THE BACK OF MY GARAGE ON THE BLING MOBILE ;-)
