Wheels - compatibility between models

I'm looking for some fairly cheap wheels to put wets on for my 06 Factory track bike. There are quite a few on evilbay for various older models and I don't fancy the £600 for a set of second hand OZs.

Does anybody know the compatibility of the older wheels with the newer radial caliper bikes:dunno. I already have discs and can get spacers made if that's all the difference is.

I did try a couple of searches of the forum, but to no avail.

the older model wheels fit with a 2.5mm spacer either side, either OZ's or Brembos, or any wheels of a radial braked model, i run older model OZ's with spacers on my 04 Factory, both slicks and wets:thumbup

Worked for me - got a rear from a Falco, front from a Tuono - Back fits perfect (think it's 1mm narrower which you can take up on the Swingarm) and just got a couple of spacers for the front discs to fit Radial brakes.

Mines an '09 BTW.

Its also worth saying the newer shape wheels also fit the v4

I've got a set sitting in my workshop, in VGC, c/w discs, and sprockets. They're Brembo's off an 02 Mille. Black/dark grey, with red rim tape. Also fitted with part worn Supercorsa's.
