wheel rim question

ok guys here goes.....
remember i bought a cat d 04 Factory, so serviced oils and lubes yesterday
today decided to take front wheel out to inspect and greas and service brakes
while cleaning the rim spinning the wheel i noticed bulge in the front wheel rim on the right, then noticed the same on the left but not directly opposite.
wheel is still inflated, so how dangerous is this or is it common
can i get it repaired or is it cheaper to replace
sick of things now going wrong, beginning to think this bike might of had a bigger off than i'm led to believe
after this ive got to do the following
sprockets n chain
new tyres
valve clearances
injectors balanced
cam tensioner + chain checked
starting to become expensive

any ideas on the wheel or if you know anyone got one going - please letme know

cheers again

easy to say,but stick with it buddy, itll all be worth it in the end.
i bought mine private, and the last ***** had used the wrong oil and filled it to the top, causing he clutch to slip like mad.
few other bits and bobs i had to change or correct/get checked as i never trust a bike till ive replaced all the main bits myself and know theyre good.
shes just about spot on now,and i wouldnt swap it for any other bike right now.thought id miss my r1's but not a chance.

ok
replacing the wheels - got another fantastic deal.
spoken to these guys
http://www.motoliner.com/alloy_wheel_repair.htm
they can fix it for £65 including return postage and it passes strict tests before being returned.

so in a few weeks a full set of magnesium OZ wheels will be for sale for £600 if anyone is interested.
think thats a resonable price compared to what i'm paying for 2 second hand ones today.
front wheel WILL NOT BE SOLD if it does not pass all tests
but rear will be for sale for £350 on its own if necessary

if you're interested then let me know, saves me putting them on ebay and paying them and paypal 6%

got some built in now lol
going to work in jeans - low siding will do it!
