2005rsvr 10,500 mls managed to do about 1000mls since gettin bike on 3rd sept, no wonder im skint all that fuel! just about got the hang of it now after 3yrs on a blade.

Got a 2005 with 16,000 miles on (I've done c. 9,000 of those in 15 months).
Did a ride outwith a few Tuono mates and one on has (famously) got 72,000 on his (did 68,000 of those himself in the last 3 years). This was back in August so he's probably got another 2,000 or so on since then.
He's still on the original engine and no major problems - clock did reset itself mind now reading c. 8,000

That's impressive! Nearly 500 miles a week, every week for 3 years!
Respect to that man.:thumbupMe, just a measly 15500 miles on an 03 (1700 by me in last 6 weeks since purchase).
