help! 2007 RSV 1000 ( of course ) live in Bay area and it's been HOT! bike temp has been exceeding 205 F at stop lights. was running fine and went to take off ramp and it just died. Not limp mode but full dead. EFI lite and oil lite ( red triangle ) lit up. let bike cool to 140 F and it started. Did it again yesterday and now temp rises from 98 to 170 in about .5 seconds. Just kidding, but to quick to even ride to local dealership. I Think it is the water temp sensor, but you guys might know better. give me a shout, please. you can shoot an email to [email protected] ( my girlfriend is Thai, so the email ! )
