What the difference ?

After reading an article in Bike about the RSV Factory, i,m curious :dunno

I have a 2003 (older shape) RSVR, with all the bits and bobs.

Apart from the slight changes in the looks, is there a big difference in the 2003 RSVR, and the 09 RSV Factory ? from a riding point of view ?

newer bike is not as tall so different riding position from what I understand, engine has been updated a fair bit.

well the newer bikes have a completely different chassis, i dont think there is a huge difference in engine performance so personally i would not expect a huge difference other than slightly different riding position, certainly wouldnt think its worth the huge difference in price for a new one, comparing a 2003 mille and a 2005 rsvr both around £3-4k i know which one i would pick, but thats down to aesthetics mainly
