What exactly is the trans kit? Would parts 1 and 8 be good for my bike? Why and why not?

By the way if you do a search the 1999 Mille SP they sell the Arrow full exhaust shotgun setup but it's about 4000 dollars.

The kit is a 57mm throttle body & open Edwards style airbox & a pair of Stage 1 ported heads all will give a good improvement over stock parts ... apart from the airbox you can just buy a set of Tuono 57's & save yourself some $$$ then replace ya airbox with a Hooked type open plate . The Head's are going to cost afair bit to have removed & the new ones put on but that up to you & your money . The Trans kit will be I guess a close ratio gearbox set as what come standard on the 2003 RSVR etc .

Right now I have a hooked airbox but didn't know if the 57's were worth it for my stock motor. I would like to find some 54mm tb but have not idea where to get them.

i've got a 2000 small valve bike and the 57's work a treat ..got a hooked airbox,rossi chip,pc3 ,modded header

they were set up by griff which i think made all the difference
