I read they made a transfer on the day of the deadline but after close of business (but not by much) and Bernie wouldn't listen. Always thought it was one of his many ploys to put the wind up Silverstone to ensure they kiss his little wrinkly arse and open their wallets a little wider in the future. Doubt he'll lose any sleep over Donnigtons plight though.
