VIN Plate checking

after last nights thread about throttle cable locations , I ran my VIN through the link that was on here, all it could tell me was that my bike was a year 2000 Aprilia.
Is there anywhere else I can get more information from ?.
 
Hey Kiwi, do you have the reg plate for it? or is it a track bike? I ask as I went through the same pain not so long ago trying to get info on my trackbike. If you've got a reg number then as mentioned above hpi or any other vehicle checker can do it for you. If you have no reg number pm me.

Oh yeah what link on here did you use?
