hi my friend.i am a greek and I have a tuono 1000 2008 model.i have a problem with my dear moto.when open throtle from low speed down from 6000 rpm I heve vibration to my foot.
replace bearing wheel, check screws motor, replace sprocket and chain to supersprox front rear conversion 520 and chain DID 520 VX2.nothing.......but I noticed something with chain.Turning the wheel to another chain tightener and another unclench.change and other chain, and again the same.the same did my old sprocket and chain and that's why we changed.something did not happen.

Any ideas anyone?

Do you mean the chain has some parts that are tight (won't bend) ?

How was the ends of the new chain joined together ?

Is it a split link or has it been riveted together ?

OK, does it vibrate at 6000 revs in every gear ?
If yes - suggests it engine related (miss-fire ?)

Or does it only vibrate at 6000 revs in top gear ?
If yes - suggests its something after the drive sprocket (chain / sprockets / wheels / tyres not ballanced)

Has this always been the same since you got the bike? And were you riding an in-line 4 bike before?
The Tuono V twin does vibrate a lot due to the design of the engine. It will never feel as smoothe as a 4 cylinder bike.

when was the last time the bike was serviced? and have the cams been checked? also check the swing arm bearings for any play but first check the easy things like tyre pressures and drive chain alignment

hi my friends.the moto is tested for all bearings and its ok.
Note When Heat the vibration is all rpm and gear. and vibration is much.please any ideas because I have crazy.nothing noise from motor.

No wonder my ex used to scream "Rev it past six, rev it past six" when we used to ride two up!

Sounds to me that you have a problem with the chain and sprocket,or something associated with them.
Has the chain got a straight run,...i.e sprockets in line?
What about the rear wheel cush drives,...are they in good condition?
The cush drives are pressed into a crown that is bolted to the wheel. These can come loose,...have you checked that?
Could be a gearbox bearing.:dunno

sprocket is new supersprox 520 with did chain 520.throttle bodies is checked, rear wheel is checked all is checked but the vibration when hot engine is very much.engine nothing noise.

Hello friend.

I think it is time to take your bike to the Dealer.
It may need checking a little deeper.

But ask to be informed of any repairs or replacement parts first.

Good luck with your bike.

hi my friend.the bike is checked the delaer an nothing found and don't know happen.but the vibration performed only after the hanging and open the throttle and go to pass the 6000 rpm.
