HI Im Kevin from swansea and have just joined the site . Does anyone have any knowledge of or expeience of vibration from front forks on braking. I hav just got an Rsv 1000 and love the bike but there isa bit of vibration thats a bit of putting. All the discs and pads seem ok I was wondering if it may be down to settings on the forks.. any Ideas ?

more likely the disc bobbins need a clean.
If not then next stop would be stering head bearings or worse case but unlikely fork bushes.

Hi thanks for th info. Very usefull. I had a feeling it could be the bobbin s as I had a simular problem on the bandit I had before, I was just wondering if it could have been a miss adjustment or a fork problem.. I will clean the bobbins and see hkw it goes.. Many thanks for your help

Hi mate cheers for the info you sent me I cleaned the bobbins up thoroughly as described in the video and im glad to say it worked a treat. So just a quick reply to say thanks
