Great idea but I am sure it would end up looking like a Blind Edward Scissor Hands had cut them.
These guys list some kits for Tuono v4. I've fitted the clear tank grips on my new factory and seem bang on, received the day after I ordered it - https://www.eazi-grip.com/

I had my bike done with Venture shield at Invisible Patterns near Warrington Cheshire. Find it really good because my Buell has got lots of stone chips from group riding especially when behind bikes with sticky rubber the Tuono is still good after 12000 miles on my second visor due to stone chips. They look at a bike and work out where they think it will get a stone or scuffs , i went back and got them to cover more like most of the tank for key damage from the filler cap and leaning on the with elbows. Have put it on my mountain bike myself but its hard to do yourself without screwing it up
I was going to have a venture shield kit fitted to my previous car , it would have cost £ 850 to have done for a custom cut kit .
I didn't bother and it would have made **** all difference to the trade in value anyway , black polish or body coloured polish hides a lot of stone chips !!
wouldn't work with the bike tho !! but it is tricky to fit , as I did but some clear film on the front of our vw camper . ( tricky ) == reet bastard !!!
