V4 rear sprocket nuts

Apologies for asking this, but lack of mechanical knowledge.
Noticed today while checking over the bike for loose fasteners that one of the rear sprocket nuts is loose.
Thought it would just be a nut to tighten but there's what seems to be a central Allen key type pin that I presume you have to lock in place while tightening the nut.? Any advice appreciated. Thanks

The sprocket carrier is virtually the same as the V twins, and yes the pin will just spin round unless you get a key to hold it.
Bit of a pita for just one nut as the wheel has to come out so you can pull the carrier out of the cush drive bushes.

Thanks for that, yes bit of a pain to have to take wheel out.
But that's the joys of owning Italian exotica I suppose.
