Got a 3 month old v4 factory 1100 . It's lost 225 ml of oil in 150 miles but has no leaks and does not smoke. Any chance it's down to big wheelies e.g quarter mile long

Ok so I have an issue with my V4 Factory 2016 it destroys front brake pads new set every 600 miles could this be due to my ""FANTASTIC 500 YARD STOPPIES""
Daz this how your op came across not an attempt to solve an issue but more of a look at me stroke my ego post and the replies prove this.
Nowt wrong with bragging but support it, prove it post a vid or picture.
Back on topic, long wheelies can cause oil to run up into the air box on some bikes, not sure if the Ape suffers with this my hasn't but then I can only do 300 yard wheelies on mine.
Check this first
Next top your oil up and don't wheelie it for 600 miles see what oil its used then.
Oh and yes. I am as brave when not hiding behind my keyboard.

Mine was doing the same when running in, but now it has around 4k on the clock, it is not using any.
Nice to see you are still waving it ,I guess as hs200 said which was very well put ,everyone would have tried very hard to help you apart from the wheelie bit ,it would perhaps of been better to take the banter after a comment like that and move on,I'd say most of us are happy to get from behind our key boards as you put it but we don't feel the need to keep wagging on about it
