Urgent Electrical question

Just received my HID lights and Im gonna have to change the ploarity of the plug as they are a Hi beam set up that im gonna not use the high beam.

On the OEM light harness I have blue and a Black wire, what polarity are these wires as the indicators are Black Positive.

Dark Blue should be negative/neutral return/ground in my book..so in that case your black will be the active on yer low beam.
What year is yours? No workshop manual wiring diagram? :dunno The wiring changes at the harness plugs so can be a little confusing.

I bought 2 sets of HID then was told that there were not legal here in france, so I bought another set and installed it. Only took me most of today and 2 hours yesterday to do lol

I had to take the cage of in the end though as they wouldnt go into the oem headlight hole.

Seems bloody ace, the light pattern
