Uprating radial showa forks

Just wondering what you guys have done in terms of upgrading the 2005 RSV-R SHowa radial forks?

I understand Ohlins basic refresh kit and (of course) cartridge upgrades are available but that spring and valve options are too.

Any help appreciated.

I had a set of Showa forks serviced and re-valved last year by Firefox racing in Bradford.

Good service, fast turnaround...............about £180 if my memory serves me correctly.
