upgrading to 57mm from new rsvr?!

Hi could some give me a straight answer on what I need to upgrade my bike from 54mm bodys to 57mm from newer bikes. and could explain how it would work when one bike is man choke and the newer one are auto choke?
 
Hi,

You need to change the throttle cable assembly so you can run the manual choke, you will also need to block off 2 of the hose outlets on the tbs (I will post pics soon). You will also need some adaptor cables for the injectors and some 57mm velocity stacks. I have the adaptor cables and stacks in stock, cables are £19 and stacks are £20 + post. Hope this clears things up.

Fitted them about 2 months ago and i need to go to the dealer to have them CO² and sychronized.

But the bike has become a monster :) compared to the stock TB's !

Hooked airbox
Gabro chip for black injectors
2-2 Akra SBK system
 
nice can't wait got all of that with out 57 tbs. what is she running at.? is it with putting a pc3 on her too?

Interesting, how would you describe the changes? more loower down pull? power flat out speed? And did you do all the mods at once? which mods made how much difference/

Really want my Haga to be faster, It already has the chip and full akra 2-2 system the haga comes with. and a k&n filter in the standard airbox and 16 front sprocket...

I got A PC3 but it needs a custom map, plans for next season :)

It pulls way harder then it did before ! In first gear it's a wheely machine ( 15/45 sprockets ) But it floods on top speed, that's why it needs some tuning :p
Top speed now was about 270 Km/h

How are you getting 167mph out of 15/45 sprockets??
With that gearing my 02 would be doing 149mph a 10k in top gear :dunno
 
Yea was wondering this too Steve ... with 17/42 my bike only did 272-KPH tapped out before changing it to lower ratio's for Drag Racing & it tops out at 235KPH with high gear than above ??

Before I changed mine I worked it out with this...

It even takes into account tire profile size, tested it with both gearing set ups I`v had and its been bang on. The main reason I didnt go as low as 15front was of the low terinal speeds in each gear. They are already pretty low compared to my previous jap inlines, and wanted to avoid extra up shifts, hence extra downshifts between bends..
