Hi guys

Noticed the last day i was out for a blast there was drops of coolant all over that short silver pipe on the right hand side of the motor.I can only assume it is the clips that are leaking as the bikes only done 5k mls?

My question is how do these origional clips come off, ie is there an easy way or do i have to get the hacksaw out??

Any tips would be much appreciated ,thanks!

There's a special tool for undoing them, but you can normally get away with squeeezing them together with a pair of long nosed pliers until they unhook from themselves. Once undone, they are not re-useable and should be replaced. Aprilia says don't use jubilee clips to replace them, although I've never really understood why.

Thanks nige

Think a few stainless jubilee clips will be making their way onto the T no matter what aprilia say .Will be better than the shitey clips they put on anyway
