Hi guys has anyboby used a lifter that fits under the front yoke if so do you cut the shield out or dont they fit:dunno

Mick i have used one for years, the early mille IIRC i had to cut the shield to fit it, the 04 on bike has a hole in it already:thumbup, i use a Harris one, be aware the pins are different sizes for pre 04 and post 04:thumbup

I use one now and again on my 02 mille. You wont get a pin big enough to fit cos the hole is huuggeee. What I did was to put a couple of big penny washers ontop of the pin so it rests on the bottom yoke.
I always take the little cover off to do this though

Harris do the pins for their stands, 27.5mm 99-03 and 19mm for 04 onwards

Yes indeed i use. Ricambi weiss or something on fleabay.de suplied me with it. It is working had to put an old spark plug key to to the rod to get it right (21mm) if i remember right.
