hi looking for some tyres for my factory 2010 running 180/55 but dont know which is the best tyre to have i what somethink sticky as dont really ride in the wet thank.

Jeepers dude, there's numerous threads on tyres & we all have different opinions on them all.
Do a search & have a read, it won't help you decide, at the end of the day only you can do that.

If your a dry road/track rider then I would recommend Pirelli's supercorsa's ....I love mine.

I got some Metzeler Sportec M5, they were on offer and I know somnone who had them on a Tuono and rated them. Find then really good for quick road riding in the dry and pretty good the day I got caught in the rain!, may not be as sticky on a track as Supercorsas but.....

As mentioned, tyres are a matter of opinion. I've tried lots of brands over the years and would say Super Corsas for stickiness or SportSmarts for stability and longevity.

I would go for round and possibly black ones, they have almost all been good for me in the past (apart from Maxxis diamonds)
