Tyres help

Apologies if this has been done a million times, but I don't get on here too often. I have an 06 RSVR which I have owned for 8 months. Only covered a couple of thousand miles but my Metzeler Racetech Interacts are now wasted. I am after a tyre which will last a little longer and have been told to consider Maxxis Super Sport Diamonds. Anyone any experience with these? I can get a pair fitted for £225 which doesn't seem too bad. Any other suggestions? I mainly do dry riding and although act like a hooligan now and then, most of the time I ride fairly moderately. I won't be using on the track.

maxxis diamonds i do not like...when over at full lean they move about on the funny little diamonds......normal supersport maxxis i like but not great in the wet

What about Continental Road Attacks? Had these on a bike a few years ago and they were great. Nice and cheap too - about £200 fitted.

I found bt016 were great on my blade.. fantastic grip not sure how long the would last on a twin though..

I have always been a pirelli supercorsa fan but my last pair I had were Dunlop GO racers which were awesomenot sure how good in the wet they are though, but for dry fantastic.

TBH mate I have no idea, it wasn't something that I was really bothered about. it was more so the feel and grip for me.

I have GP Racers and have done a couple of thou on them so far and still all good.
****** sticky in the dry and very spinny in the wet!!!

For more mileage and great grip........Dunlop roadsmarts..........awesome tyre. for even better grip and "almost" as much mileage, Dunlop sportsmart.........amazing tyres!!
