tires.
I know on most forums mentioning tires will get you shot at dawn .
when i bought tuono it came with the oem dunlop's fitted never used them before but really like them can get right over on rear no probs don't know how long they will last but don't really give a **** .
now sitting with nowt to do so googled dulop sportsmax and everybody riding 4 pot bikes seem to slate them say no grip ect but twin riders seem to like em .
So is it a twin thing some more suited than others to twins .or just the normal my tires better than yours interweb thing.
No fighting please just 1 of those nowt to do sunday night type questions

if you think the normal ones are good then stick a pair of GP211/212's on:thumbup

I'm on my 2nd set of Sportsmart II's
Previous to that, I had 3 sets of Sportsmarts I's

Unbelievably good tyre despite what all the Doris's will tell ya.

we all have different views on tyres & IMO there s not a bad tyre out there. Crap riders will blame their tyres etc.
I've seen a few good riders using the cheapest they can get and still get their knees down.

Some great prices on Dunlop qualifiers at m&p online. Sticky enough for me and don't wear too bad either.

I used sports max on my old Fazer1000 and they weren't great, however I have used Bridgestone and Pirelli since and loved both :)

Dunnie Sportsmarts suit the T perfectly, very good grip levels, predictable and mair importantly, if ye live somewhere like Ricoland, excellent in the wet

Expect aboot 3.5K tae a rear if yer on it a lot

:withstupid ( couldnae find a +1 smiley)

always been a fan of Dunlops and used them on the T all the time :thumbup
the SMT has Michelin Pilot Road 4s fitted and I don't get as much feed back from them compared to the Dunlops :dunno

Got through 3 sets of Sportsmarts on my Tuono and loved them, never had any moments on them, regardless of the conditions.

Now 800 miles in to my first set of Metzeler M7RRs and they're great too, grippy as hell.

So either of those two get my vote.

tbh, these days, I think you'll struggle to find a bad tyre
tyres these days are mostly excellent.
a few lurid slides here and there does not make for a **** tyre imho.
