How safe is it to swap tyres between bikes, considering that the size is the same?
I have a lame bike with a good front, and my Mille-R front needs replacing, they are already scrubbed in, and they are available at no cost.
Any thoughts!

All should be fine mate if its a good quality tyre, not too old ( 4 digit # on tyre wall will give you week and year of manufacture, it has good tread and no cuts etc, then the worst you will have to do is balance your rim once you have fitted the rubber. :thumbup

Can't see it being an issue to be honest.

Not as if you have bought the tyre secondhand and have no idea how its been treated.

Although you can get some cracking tyre deals at the moment, may be worth considering buying new too.

Just looked at my Front tyre

Ihave 2 4 digit numbers

0803 and 4404 which one relates to the year of manufacture.

ps yes i wear glasses lol
