Tyre opinions wanted.......honesty overall

Hi guys n gussets........well today i finally picked up my mille (03), and wow what a girl she is, only done 50 odd mille but loving it large, anyway, as part of the deal i had asked for her to be fitted with MICHELIN PILOT POWER but when i went and picked her up the first thing i noticed was that they had put DUNLOP SPORTMAX QUALIFIERS on her......can't say anything about these as i haven't done any major mileage but was wondering what the general opinion on these are?

I had asked for the powers as i was accustomed to these but have no idea what to expect from the DUNLOPS...........

Congrats on getting the bike bud.
I`ve had 2 sets of Dunlop Qualifiers on my Mille and for a sunday thrash with the boys they are brill, sticky as fook. The only problem i had was when my van was shot i had to use it to do a lot of motorway miles and after only 500 miles or so they had squared off.

So i suppose its what sort of riding you will be doing will determine if they are the tyres for you chap

Thanks, well I'm staying with buds at the minute as i had to come 350+ miles from home to pick her up, so have a lovely long journey back over the weekend lol, but even though I've only done the 50 miles from the shop (Len Manchester Melton Mowbray) I'm already loving it......did notice a little spot of oil on my right boot so will be checking the pressure sensor tomorrow as im aware that these are prone to seepage......
