Twin Exhaust System on old shape RSV !!!!!

Not sure what you mean mate by any1 know how to do this???
But if you look close you'll see the pipes split from the collector and 1 pipe runs around the front of the rear wheel above the swingarm so no need for any modification to the bellypan and through to the other side........personally for me I wouldn't bother with a twin system as redrats collector mod will acheive the same results with less weight and less dosh..........

Have put a modified SL/Falco twin system onto my 03R after running my own version of the twin link single collector for the last 2ys which was an excellent improvement over the stock header ... The rest is History !

Sensei what extra bhp/torque figures do you get from twin falco setup compared to the twin link collector mod versus the extra weight gain of another silencer and linkpipe??

Looks like a Renegade system thats fits the early models had one on mine

The power figures ... single system made 132RWHP with my modifed single header & 136+ RWHP with the twin system on Castrol 120 Octane Race fuel so 4-6HP not much in the big picture but its how it makes the power delivery is the biggest improvement ... Drags at the end of this month so will see how things go then Have afew more things to do before then slotted cam sprockets & have another dual seperate PCIII map to have a play round with .. The LeoVince Ti SBK mufflers are pretty light about the same as weight as my Arrow TwinShotguns have Carbonfibre hangers also .. The look of twins from side on & from the rear sells it & the sound of the twin 60mm inlet & 52mm outlet mufflers is the Icing on the cake !

must admit Sensei you cant beat a proper dual system for the sound without a doubt ...boom boom boom

as for the dual exhaust shown there is one company still making that style and if i find the link i'll post it up

brand new to the forum....I'm from south africa so the cool bits we get for the RSV is limmeted...I have a 2000 model RSV with a set of twin cans. I bought the bike with them on. The previos owner said that he had been in europe and came apon them by chance, i think thy are caled.. "dalcavic"....anyway bar the weight increse, the sound and the extra horses is well worth it!! I am now aiming at a power comander and some dyno time to have it set up propper but i still smoke my mate on his dead standerd RSV mille.... my opinion... go for it
