I have a 2020 Tuono RR Misano. Took the bike in with 6,464 miles on it to get the valves adjusted shop called and told me that 2 valves had zero gap. The manual says get valves checked at 12 K miles, if I listened to that I would have blown the head. It might just be a one off case but you might want to check your clearances when you get to the 6K range just for peace of mind. This bike has been hitting high temp from day 1 so maybe this will help with that issue, since I live in FLA heat can be an issue, I have seen some people remove the charcoal canister and claim it helps the radiator air flow, that is my next step. Thought I'd share this story with fellow Tuono riders.
