Tuono seat.

Hi everyone.

Planning on upgrading the comfort of my seat but to be safe, I bought a second seat to upgrade.
The eBayer I bought the seat from said it was from a gen 2 RSV 2004.
I presumed it to be the correct seat for my 2010 T.
It all seems to fit okay but when i was looking at seat covers. I can't find anything that matches the code on the underside of the RSV seat. DIS 106205.
Have I made a mistake and bought the wrong seat?

Gen 2 tuono came out in 2006 so I guess you bought a gen 1 seat going on the year 2004.

I was given a gen 1 seat by mistake and that doesn't go on. The front lower part of the seat is to long and this one fits.
The only thing I can think of, is the seats are the same but two different part numbers due to model.

The Gen2 Tuono started in 2006, but the first sales of Gen2 RSV were late 2003, 53 plates. Those had different subframes and seat panels to later RSV's so the early seats may have been a different shape too.

The Gen 2 RSV seat I've got, does go on, unlike the Gen 1 Tuono seat I received by Corbin's.

I received the Gen 1 seat from Corbin by mistake. They thought it was a Gen 2.
