Hi there everybody does anybody have a good set up for the road on the suspention for 07 tuono r not factory my weight is 15st 9 lbs and iam 6foot tall if that helps cheers

How does it handle as it is? Most people think they should adjust the suspension, including me many times before, only to go back to the standard settings.
Possibly the only thing I would do as you have a few pounds more than me would be to increase rear preload a tad.

Welcome to the Zone Kritchley.

Suspension settings are a personal thing. They take into consideration: the way you ride, your size and mass, your preferences for steering stability vs agility, the road/track surfaces surfaces you ride on.

Best you go buy a book called " Sportsbike Suspension Tuning" by Andrew Trevitt. This will explain in detail what effect each of the clickers on your suspension will have on your ride; and how to set-up your sag and compression/rebound damping to suit you.

There are gains to be made even with the Showa/Sachs suspension on the R model. So please do some research, and then go and play with your clickers.
