Want To Buy Tuoldo aftermarket can

Looking to buy a new can for my birthday in a couple of weeks, however after seeing some immaculate Ti cans for sale for a Tuono was wondering if I could save someone some cash?

Therefore anyone have an aftermarket Tuoldo can they no longer need?? Oh preferably in black but anything considered.

Didn't they say the hawk cans in ride magazine were good. It eventually turned up thank god. Read their reviews on the roads in Wales but they gave some roads that were nice and just lead from say Brecon to llandeilo. Then didn't go further. What u supposed to do turn around and go back the same way? I much prefer a loop where u head off and use different roads to get back to same place. Much better. Mind u they were spot on with the a40 write up and the crossgates to Newtown write up.

Yes they were weren't they! They did suggest stretches leading off from the roads they highlighted but yes you are right, not many loops detailed. In fact if you look at the stretches in other areas of the country some are only a few miles.

The Hawk cans are made by the same company just different branding as far as I can see - did think about them but no reviews/details really of them to look at/hear.

MTC are worth a look. have a carbon outlet tri oval very good noise :) only problem is that it is melting the indicator. In light of that you may want to look for one with a spout to direct gasses away from the indy.

I've got a shortened Mtc can on mine. I'd highly recommend them. No such problems with melting indicators.

I don't want an MTC (even though I think they sound great) as Bay has one - want to be a bit different, especially as we have done so many rides together lately!

Ooerr missus...

Easy now tiger. Dont start any rumours now. Ps if I could afford one at the moment I'd go for a mivv one fella. They sell them in hay on wye and if u want look up the address and we can take a ride over there Saturday providing it's not raining. Pop in and see what deal he can do

Really? Well well I'll look them up now. Oh weather looking good at the mo :)

Wrote down directions, but they start at £227 and go up to £310. Hmm I think missus may not stretch to that for my milestone 42 birthday!

Yes that's the place I found. Bit pricey ain't they.

Yeah but its your pride and joy aint it and a one off expense which you can sell if you ever change the bike.

That's a good argument which us males fully understand. The female mind will say, why do you need another exhaust as yours works fine?

Right I am leaving work now on my bike, gorgeous weather so I think it's going to take hmm about an hour to get home - not exactly as the crow flies as I live 2.5 miles from here :)

Sorry to gatecrash the bay and stix forum,

Do what every other honest bloke would do on here and tell her it is as much as she wants to donate for your birthday.
You find the rest of the cash from somewhere and everyones happy.

Pinny now don't get jealous it doesn't become you. Or you could do what I do and don't tell her anything what i spend on my bike at all ;)

Haha, its like the question, " How many beers have you had to drink "
Errmm just the 2 has to be the reply,

Stix theres an exhaust place in Brecon who make exhausts for vehicles from scratch I'm sure. I was going to go there before I bought mine but might be worth going there and asking them if they can build one from scratch for you. That way no one else will have one exactly the same as yours. U'll have a one off.
Now I'm putting ideas in your head now aren't I.
Plus u'll be in Brecon on Saturday as well.

Just got home - gee whiz 80 mins to go 2.5 miles ;)

Bay stop it you *******o!

I don't normally tell her but as I want her to pay for it think I'm going to have to!

I like the pipewerx one in black, and £170 delivered is a fair price. But a one-off....FFS bay.

I don't like the X lazered out of them to be fair. I just bought my MTC can as it was easier than going to the trouble of bringing my bike in for them to measure it up but literally the place is less than half a mile from where we meet in Brecon fella. Not sure if they're open on Saturdays though.

I'll pop over after work see if they can do one of u like.
