Tsubaki chain....which one???

Have been surfing the net looking for chains and have come across the following site: http://www.intobikes.co.uk/products...gf=1&bf=1&rg=12&sg=OR&st=pt&sf=latest&sd=DESC

Are these agood price and what size would i need for a 16/44 set up??
Also are the heavy duty enough for the millie??

Those will be fine. Your bike appears to be a 2005 RSVR. Your standard chain length is 106 links. 16/44 gearing is for the older pre 2003.5 bikes not your model. The best gearing for your bike is 15/42 ( from the 16/40 standard gearing ) for which the standard length 106 link chain is fine
