Transfer of parts onto my OZ wheels

D

danf1234

My OZ wheels arrived today and they are immaculate. The almost look brand new, which I am chuffed about.

The have come come complete with a set of dics which I am going to change over as they are not is as good a condition as the 9 month old ones I have put on my bike.

The only thing I am unsure about is changing the rear sprocket over. The OZ wheel doesn't have anywhere to bolt it to. It is pretty obvious where it could but I can see how it attaches.

Will it all become self explanatory when I take off the sprocket off off my Brembo standard wheel, and the parts I need to attach can come off this.

Just need a bit of help clarifying this "grey" area:thumbup

The sprocket is attached to a carrier with the cush drive Dan, which you'll discover when you take off your rear wheel. You don't need to unbolt the sprocket squire.

Seperate the carrier from the wheel and then locate it onto the OZ by pushing the cush drive into the mounting holes :thumbup

As caterpillar says the sprocket carrier just pulls off the brembo wheel. Just a point, lightly grease up the carrier inserts before you insert them into the Oz wheel as they can become dry over time.

Add a little grease to the bushes and pins when re-assembling sprocket carrier on the newies mate.
Nice score Dan, very nice.
