i may no longer own an RSV but your a good bunch and i like it here even though i now run an R6 trackbike. :pirate

The net closed in and the roadbike went to a good home.

I'm starting at Rockingham 28th March. Hopefully plenty will follow at Mallory, Donnington etc and the local track at the bottom of the garden called Cadwell.

Be nice to see some familiar faces in 2010 and get some track action in.:doug

Let me know what your planning

i'm going to do that one at the bottom of your garden and intend to do croft and donny.
i'll try to find some dates and pm you!!

I'm definitely doing Cadwell (local to me too!) and would love to do Donington.

Would also love to do Brands but it's out of my budget with fuel, accomodation and not forgetting the price of the trackday itself!!

Have I missed a trick somewhere - is Donny back on line?

Last time I saw, they'd dug up the track and I thought they were bankrupt!

Tell me it was all a bad dream and the track will be back in commission for the 2010 season...

I'm definately doing rockingham and hoping to do oulton park. I'll probably pull an evening session at silverstone but that circuit is more suited to a IL4 machine.

Brands is horrendously expensive but for the last couple of years we've been doing evenings down there. Obviously this works if your local but £79 for 6 sessions in the evening seemed to me good value, everything moves really quickly too (no break for lunch).
Obviously if your from the midlands or further north no good, but it makes the place slightly better value. for a local.

why don't we try to get as many as possible of us and have a meet at one of the trackdays this year?......cadwell or oulton park imo

I'm on the Performance Bikes forum and we've been doing this with great success for the last couple of years at Anglesey twice, Cadwell twice and Oulton. Great craic on track and one or two beers sunk as well.
We've generally made a block booking and got it 10% cheaper which is nice.

Sounds like we're all heading in the right direction chaps. Anyone know any clubs that get discount trackdays?

+2 me and my mate will be up for that

I'm up for a meet dont mind where, will travel the day before and camp(thats the sleeping in a tent type). My local track is Croft but dont think there are any days there next year due to the court case about the noise(wa***rs).

Mate I'd love to do croft on a bike. Been there in a car. Gutted about the court case. Bloody locals whinging. Close your bloody windows if you don't like the noise. Track was there way before they moved into their house!

Donnington make me smile as well. Strictly enforcing noise restrictions at the circuit when there's a bloody jumbo flying overhead every 15mins. :jack

The worst part about it is the guy that took him to court was his ex business partner, and this guys daughter was his ex wife. Mmmm something personal me thinks, the whole thing stinks.

Sounds like a goood night then mate! :thumbup

I'm choosing to stay at home with Conny as she's at work in the morning so not going out :roll

Dude happy new year to you both I'm off to get wasted!
Ill raise a glass to you both at midnight!
Take care groover!
Griff
