Track days on the tuono

I've done a few track days in the past nearly all sports bikes , hoping to do some next year . Originally I was thinking about a cheap RSVR (subject to cash ) as it would make sense , spares etc but then I got thinking about sticking track fairings on the tuono !!!! Lots of threads on convering to a tuono but not many the other way round . I'm not talking about headlights etc just lower bars and track fairings . so anyone done it ?
Or would be interested in those that have done track days on both sports bike and tuono? What's the handling feel like after using a sports bike ?
Cheers
Rawly

Me neither bud, did a Suzuki performance riding day at Mallory a few yrs ago, enjoyed that, but never thought about tracking my own bike.

Hi Rawly, as my avatar shows i,ve done a few track days on the T and other bikes. You will definately notice the lack of fairing but to be honest as long as you get behind the screen flat on the tank it,s not really a problem on the straights. Fast corners can be a pain but once used to it it's ace.
As far as handling goes, once set up properly it's superb ( way better than i am !! )
Stick to the smaller tracks like cadwell, snetterton and brands ( which i wanna do in 2012 ) and you'll be grinning like a demented loon !!!
