Probably same old question, but bear with me; I'm new to this . . .Been without a bike about 6 months, last one was a Kwacker ZZR1200, and I've just got to get another. Problem is, I love my biking but don't get to ride as much as I'd like, so don't want to spend too much cash. Problem is, I've just been looking over a 1999 Mille with 10,000 miles on it, lovely condition, and I'm very tempted, but am I taking a risk on an older bike? Comments will be much appreciated. Cheers Trackod944

my 02 mille now has 42.5 k on it with no probs whatsoevr, keep it serviced and it will be fine. The components on thebike are reasonably well made. I abuse my bike everytime I'm out on it and nothing has failed. The only issue really is with the sprag clutch(starter clutch) which can be expensive to replace. O/w they are really excellent bikes. get one now!! !0 k is not alot of mileage at all. Milles really are value for money.
cheers CK
