Hi Guys

Does anyone know if its possible to machine polish or do anything with Titanium ???
I've got the twin shotgun style exhausts on my RSV and they are in dyer need of a new coating, plus I need to get "Race Use Only" polished off .. . .. I Don't trust me self with a Dremel lol.

thats for titanium thats not toatally fooked, and unmolested.

as for your "race only" issue, why not cover them with some ebay E1BSAU stickers as shown here:

failing that, it is possible to polish out the markings, and i would knock the use of a dremel, it can be good with the right attachment and polishing compound....

NickyBoy, just be aware that if you run the bsau stickers or polish out the "not for road use" the police may do you for them if found to be illegal. Now thats not to say you will be done but its worth knowing the risks beforehand.

I polished my race use thing out in a matter of seconds with a polisher attached to a drill, you can't really go wrong.

P.S. Envious of those shotguns! I narrowly missed out on some on ebay last year!

Sunday was deemed FAST bike day and those with the slower colours were restricted access :)


Post up if you had trouble getting on and the colour of your bike
 
Allright guys...

Can anyone tell me if the Air Pods from a 2000 Mille R will fit an 02 Mille, are they all the same, are the 2000 and 2002 front fairings different or is it just the -99 models that had the different front fairing ???

Stormer , was there a hooked airfilter set up in the pic on ebay and it ended on a sat night
