Almost time to say goodbye to my 2 year old speed triple and say hello to my tuono v4 aprc , had a test ride on 18/8 and i'm hooked .

cheers , anything i need to know ,
what i found out on the test blast FAST , seat a bit hard , a bit lumpy at slow speeds but i only tried it in the track map.

I've got a genn 2 Tuono, so don't know anything about the New V4.There's a few here that are just starting to appear with their new V4's & loads of us just gloating over them & wishing.

Welcome fellow APRC owner!!

Things I found when I first bought mine...

Hard seat, now not an issue as I'm used to it.

Was looking at raising the bars a little, now not an issue as I'm used to it.

I ride mostly in Road map and to keep the delivery smooth at slow speeds I keep my chain as tight and lubed as the handbook allows (to stop the lashing)

When I first bought it (without trying it I might add) I thought I may have made a mistake, possibly due to the fact I owned a softer Fazer1000 but have now sold the Fazer, which is a BIG compliment to the Tuono as I loved that Fazer.

Items purchased for it...
Akrapovic carbon end can with De-cat pipe (baffle fell out ;-) and I think it's made the bike smoother at town speeds too!
R&G aero crash bobbins
Red rim tape (although told it's "out of fashion" I think it looks great)

Take a look at my Youtube channel, I've a few vids on there about the Tuono V4 including the link below to my first ever ride on it.

Hope you enjoy!
