Well now im just getting used to my new job ive decided to commute to work on the bike again :) cant stand the trains anymore.
And the T just aint suitable :( (i dont really want to fcuk it up and it drinks like a fish :( )
So im off to get myself one of those nice Fazer 600s without the fairing on of course :)
Found someone who is prepared for me to take it off their hands for £2,500 a bit of a bargain
Ill still hang around this forum though so you havnt got rid of me :)
Out with the italian and in with the Japanese thats the garage of course not got room for both of them at home so the T is off to my mums to live in her garage

£2500:eek: you are giving it away at that price. Has it got crash damage or something?
 
I would think the Tuono would be "as suitable" as the friggin Yammie. :coocoo

I ride mine to work, and it is a much more pleasant bike than my Gixxer 750. :dunno

im sure he'll be hugely dissapointed with crappy yamaha 600cc opposed to a 1000cc vtwin?!
ive had 3 r1's and no way would i swap my mille for one now,not even a new one.
as said,its gotta be a leg pull.
 
He must be MAD.
If your going to get a 600 then get a decent one, but you will be dissapointed.

Can't see the Fazer being as good, never mind better. This got anything to do with that unlucky evening ride a little while ago mate ???
 
does that fazzer not come out in a 1000cc option over there? even still, i can't imagine it having more wind protection than the Tuono. :O

£2.5k for a Tuono at any age is a complete underpriced bargain. :eek:

There's a guy on a new model Fazer that takes great pleasure in nipping past me on my commute back and forth from work every day/night.

He filters through traffic like a complete arsehole at high speed, weaving in and out of cars, on the wrong side of traffic etc. I dunno what pleasure he gets out of it, aside from the danger he puts himself in. I look in my mirrors and see him coming, and every time, he blasts past me as I am filtering safely , him at a silly speed.

What I do know though, is that a few minutes later, after we get on a clear road, he gets *buzzed* at close range and overtaken by me, and gets the lovely sounds of the Renegades blasted into his earholes as I breeze by. :thumbup
 
probably cos he knows its the only chance he'll have of getting past a mille!
