right gyus, any tips&tricks for this? what gas analyser do you use? i've never done it on a fi bike, just carb synching (lots of them, too) so any advice is welcome!

throttle body setup is quite easy. you connect the diagnostic wire and read the possition on the dashboard 0 is the value you want to get.other values are -1 or 1 you need to unsrew the idle screw when doing it.
the co levels are measured in special holes on the collectors so you need special gear for it.(not much usual at workshops) there is some advice here on the forum (or there was some before forum crashed) to set it up by ear

i personally never did it this is just what i remember from the theory so if i misunderstood it please somebody correct me if i am wrong

Connecting the diagnostic wire on shows what the throttle position sensor is reading it should be 0 but that has nothing to do with balancing the throttle bodies you can use vacuum gauges for this or if your griff it can be done by ear as for the co2 they need to be done on a metre to get them dead on

Griff did mine by ear, bloody magic if you ask me ?

You can use Vac guages.and they work very well. CO2 is set up using gas analyzer as described above. There are trim pots on the front of the ECU which you need to adjust with a small flat blade. 3.5 front and 4 rear works well
