This morning commute

Left for work this morning, form Hastings to London, as usual, around 6.30 am, and my loan bike has an air temperature gauge, which read -3 .
And on the way at 6 pm, it was exactly the same, only -3 for a lot longer. If it's this cold now, what's it gonna be like in february, which, in my experience, it is usually the coldest time?

hmmmmmmmm - 3 hey!!! that'll be why ..................my morning commute yesterday sounds a little more eventful there stefano - got about 2 miles from home hit black ice slid up the road for about 200 feet :jack , limped over to it picked it up winced at the damage and slowly (1st gear) rode the thing home with the horrible grating sound of my bent harris rear set grinding into my brand new chain.

I'm right pissed off - twas my R1 not my Mille

Danglee :thumbup

Sorry to hear that. My roads are pretty main road, heavily gritted, so much that as I got to my destination, my visor was caked and the headlights could not be seen. Just washed both my bikes, and BTW: I would not ride my Mille-R with all that salt. I was on my Loan VFR, while I am waiting for the insurance money to come through.
