Long story cut short ...
My bike is still at Griffs ... final stages of dry-dock after my spill.
He called to say there was a problem with the rear shock which, he felt, may have contributed to bikes errant handling and crash (I still think crash was mainly due to me being **** at rh sweepers)
Suggests new shock ... or hunt e-bay ... but good ones are hard to find.
During this depressing telephone conversation a Scottish voice in his shop chips in "I've got one for sale"
Bugger me! What are the chances of that happening?
Thanks to an incredible bit of timing and a really nice bloke called Snaggle ... I have a mint shock.
