Hi guys. More of a general post, but I know this forum gets more attention. Does anybody know the exact rules of law surrounding new drivers (who have had their licence less than 2 years) DVLA revocation of licences, re-testing after revocation, and rules surrounding speeding and bans. I've had a look online, but I can't seem to find anything that doesn't contradict itself. If anyone is a solicitor and could advise me directly, please inbox me.

Not a solicitor but as i understand it 6 points within 2yrs of passing ur test
& bye bye license & have to do it all again

Exactly correct, my neice has just had to resit hers for getting 6 points within 2 years of passing her test.

if i can avoid points (for instance with a short ban) will i still have to re-sit my test?
