One of my keys is bent on the end and won't go into the ignition.

Is this going to be as painful as shoving it up my arse to sort? And neither will allow me to put the steering lock on.

Suggestions !!! :banghead

Tried every combination. One of them is deffo Fooooooooked. The other starts the bike ok and works in the fuel tank and seat removal. I cannot get the steering lock on. Tried everything as well as reading the manual. :lol

Somebody on here had a mate that could copy/clone keys.Fooked if I can remember who it was,...do a search for that one.Alternatively, there is eBay,
So what is happening with the steering lock? Does the key turn that far? Is the pin stuck? Is there even a pin in there ?
could just need a gallon of penetrating oil to free it off.

The key will press down, but will only go half way towards the lock position. I have to turn it back to the off position to get the key back out.

My old Gen II was a pig to get the steering lock on , i had to put the bike on full lock and then wriggle the steering lock back a tad while turning the key , felt like it wouldnt lock sometimes but it did . try it .
