its doing my head in beeping and going off.anyone got any pointers on how to disable, remove it etc.

Hold the left button for a few seconds will turn it off..

You could disconnect the speaker? Probably behind the rear fairing and still use the imob?

Dont know how to completely remove it..

iv removed it now joined all wires, only three. all the rest where spliced.couldnt start it though, maybe battery isnt charged enough, ill leave it over night cheers

everything finished now, bike started first time after a full charge.no more dreaded alarm .:doug

Funny, most people hate them and rip them out. When my meta alarm packed in I fitted the very system 3 you've just pulled out.
I like knowing if some fecker is tinkering with my bike and if they're gunna nick it I'm going to make them work for it!
The motion sensor can be set up to your liking if that's what was bugging you.
I've got mine set up so I have to arm it seperately because it is friggin irritating

All alarms will fail in the end and leave you in the ****!
I intend on removing mine at insurance renewal time as the difference in quotes was £3.
If you rely on an alarm only to stop thieves its not much of a deterrent as they will just pick the whole bike up and put it in a van with the thing going off anyway.

Nice bike....same as mine;)
No I hear what youre saying but when i'm parked up I like the fact that if someone starts pissing about with it I can hear it and take the required action :D
At home it's kept behind double locked doors, and anchored through a ridiculous anchor which is buried under a concrete yard so it can't be cut or burnt. and chained with a ductile Almax chain....then the alarm immobiliser that I fitted.

I like going away on tour and sometimes, in fact quite often you have to leave the bike outside the digs and it's good to know if it's getting tinkered with it'll screem it's tits off!

my alarm is failing (crackling) and it eats the battery when the bike is sitting.
Over £200 to replace is not worth it to me thats 10% of the value of the whole bike.

i removed mine simply because,it flattens your battery and didnt fancy being immobilised in the middle of nowhere.feel better now its removed.mine was still bleeping 4 days after i removed it.i tried the disable thingy, bridgeing wires didnt work for me.bloody thing was well installed.they are well made and a good alarm,my insurance was only £15 cheaper with the alarm. weather is pissing me off,had bike two weeks been out couple of time, but froze to death and came home.

Yeh I know what you're saying, i'm definitely in the minority when it comes to alarms. I installed the last one so if the immobiliser ever bombed out I know where to bridge the fecker.
The weathers got everyone on the bottom man!
I've done a fair bit of work to mine and it's just sat in the shed ffs.
I'm a fair weather rider now. Never used to be but there's no pleasure to be had blasting around in the bitter cold- you're tyres get ripped to bits plus you tense up and make mistakes because you're not relaxed.

No it's coffee and coisssants in bed for this kid this morning while I listen to the wind trying to pull my slates off.

Not be long now man, keep the faith.
