lads and lassies, i filled my tank to the rim and only managed 95miles befor my light come on, i know how you ride it makes alot of difference but wtf?????????????????????:puke
 
I've had 160 from mine :biggrin steady riding that day tho' :thumbup and thats after 20 miles with the light on :eek:
 
same as sprocker i've had just over 170
metal tank that is and 18L

Plastic tank is 16L which i'm changing to

some people see around 100 to 130

Make sure your bike bodies are set up
 
that sounds like better miles to me, your tail looks different to mine why is that???
 
i was thinking the lights not come on, might be summat wrong then think it was 2miles later light come on
 
If I am blasting it, my light blinks between 60 - 70 miles... managed 130 miles once. I got so bored at that speed I started playing with IL4's....
 
The light on mine generally came on around 100-110 but i drained it once just after the light was on and got 4 litres out so i think it's giving plenty of warning and 20 or 30 miles with it on is quite comfortable.

(don't sue me if you run out)

It sounds pretty normal to me. The best I ever got out of a tank was 120 miles. You just get used to keeping an eye out for every petrol station. It's a little frustrating at times but you get used to it.
 
Haven't really had a chance with the MIlle yet to check true fuel range, but used to start sweating past 90 miles on the RSVR....managed 110 miles once in France & it didn't conk out, although I thought there was a hole in the bottom of the tank when I filled it back up!
 
Average about 110 before light comes on, nightmare if your up in the middle of nowhere and no idea where a petrol station is!
 
85 worst & 130 best,with everything set up correctly,seems to average 115 unless I leave my brain in the pickle jar when I go out !
 
seen 160 out of mine on the run to the gp last year was shatting myself just before keele sevice's
but on a blast as low as 90
 
If it's a problem...I suggest buying a Honda C90...250 miles per gallon I believe!
 
I picked mine up last sat and the light came on at about 96, but i don't care. The ride home was sooooo much fun.:thumbup
